Privacy for agency teams using SMM SEO Pro
You may buy links on behalf of clients. This page explains what we hold about you and your orders, and what we do not collect at all.
SMM SEO Pro editorial team ·
Who is responsible
SMM SEO Pro operates smmseopro.com. Use the account page for anything on this page. Nothing here is handled outside it.
If you use the marketplace for a client, you remain the person who decides what is ordered, and you are responsible for telling your client how their site is being promoted.
Teams of several people should decide who owns the login. A shared password makes it hard to say who placed an order, and we cannot sort that out afterwards.
What we hold, why, and for how long it matters
| Data | Why we hold it | Your control |
|---|---|---|
| Login details you register with | To let you into your account | Ask us to close the account |
| Orders, baskets and statuses | To deliver and show placements | Visible in ordered links |
| Balance and invoice records | To process payments and issue invoices | Ask through the account page |
| Target URLs and keywords you enter | To write and place the article | You choose what to enter |
| Messages you send to support | To answer you | Ask through the account page |
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not publish your client list.
The link on a placement points at the page you named, and that page is public by nature. A placement on a third-party site is public too, so do not enter a target URL you want kept private.
If you connect an AI agent or the API, anything the agent sends is treated like anything else you type into the dashboard.
Browsing donors, adding to a basket and reading order status do not require you to share a client's private files. Keep it that way, and send only the URL and keyword that the order needs.
Cookies and technical logs
The site uses what a login needs to work. Servers keep ordinary request logs for security and to find faults.
We do not run advertising trackers inside the account area.
Asking for access, correction or deletion
Log in and use the contact options on the account page. We may ask you to confirm who you are.
Some records, such as invoices for completed payments, may have to stay for accounting reasons. We will tell you which.
We may update this page. The date at the top of the page shows the latest change, and we will not quietly widen what we collect. Read the terms as well.
